Perfect for me
I decided less than 10 months ago that I wanted to learn Russian. I started with Russian made easy podcast. I have no one to speak with so I have used Drops as an app to get basic vocabulary and continued to Tandem but I had problem to manage to fit those calls in a busy day so I went for Pimsleur where I have done two levels. I also watched tons of Russian films with English subtitles on YouTube. I was thinking I should perhaps quit Russian since I felt I had little progression and then I found this and to my astonishment I understand quite a lot. Thank you for doing this! This is a new favorite podcast. Just what I needed.
Best Russian Podcast
I think that I have checked all Russian podcasts available, and have to say that “Russian with Max” is the most interesting, informative and amusing one. Max is very dedicated, honest and natural person. One can listen to his stories for hours, and that’s what we all try to do, listen a lot and improve. He talk slowly, so I manage to repeat everything he is saying while I’m driving. Greetings from Norway!!!
Russian with Max
So happy that I recently found this podcast. I have been looking for a constructive and suitable way to start studying Russian again, with a full time job at hand. After a full day of work it might be great solution to rather listen to Max’s podcast, than to hit the books, at least as a start. Thank you Max for speaking slowly for us foreigners and articulating all syllables well, whilst explaining more advanced vocabulary. My level is A2/B1 and I highly recommend this podcast if you would like to advance your listening skills. Max shares his experience in life and seems like a well articulated and sympathetic person, who cares about teaching and communication. Someone you would like to be friends with.
