Out walking, so you can hear the birds in the background. Haha. After seeing a hypnotherapist, getting some advice, I have also gone back to the Four Hour Body methods. But keeping it simple simple simple. So I’ve just listened to chapter 1 and made the first commitments that he said. And so far so good.
