Chef Whitney Aronoff is on a mission to bring our relationship with food back to its origin as a source of energy and healing. She’s a personal chef, the founder of Starseed Kitchen, and the creator of the High Vibration Living Podcast. She understands that food is our fuel and impacts everything. I also love that she’s incorporating other modalities, such as astrology and blood type, to create menus that are truly customized for each individual.
