The full no trade clause in Josh Manson's contract is up and it is now a limited no move clause where he will provide his list of teams he can refuse to be traded to. The same goes for Samuel Girard. The Colorado Avalanche likely don't wish to part with either defensemen, but if their hand was forced and they had to, which one would they move? We discuss.

We also talk about the recent waiving of New York Rangers depth forward of Barclay Goodrow. He would make a lot of sense for the Avs. But like everything else this offseason, the money would have to be right. Could they make it work?

A draft pick hasn't been made, a free agent hasn't been signed and a trade hasn't been facilitated. But we can still take some guesses at how we think the Central Division will fall for next year. The Colorado Avalanche crossed the ocean and made a signing Thursday when they inked Jere Innala from Finland. Innala is likely headed to play with the Colorado Eagles and if nothing else gives the Avalanche a player if / when he is needed.

The Avs also parted ways with their director of amateur scouting, Wade Klippenstein. A little odd with the draft so close? And will it have any impact come draft day? We will see.

We also give Nathan MacKinnon his season grade (spoiler: it's good), and we give our opinions on the temporary Utah Hockey Club uniforms which so many people seem to hate. But do we?
