Too vague

You two have knowledge. But again and again there are long vague philosophical rants. You need to give more examples, of workouts, workout weeks, structure etc. Everything is so extremely vague. You can't just talk about math, you have to show how to do math. It's a combination of knowledge and seeing examples and solving equations. In many ways running is simple, but you're making it more complicated than it is.

Should also make an episode on the ingebrigtsen training.
