Renewind and Renew

Whenever I need to get some frustration out of my system and get my focus right, sort my thoughts or simply rewind, I get my running shoes on my feet and reving the word in my ears, and I come back home with renewed energy and renewed perspective and hope! thank you so much for giving me this tool to practically let the Word renew my mind , spirit and soul! bless you
