Rounding out our month of girl power, we have The Princess Diaries - the coming of age story where in the end, you get to be a princess. 

This book is short and nothing like the movie and no, the sequles to the book are not the same as the Princess Diaries 2 with Julie Andrews mattress surfing, but we get the best line reads ever from Sandra Oh, so we consider that a win.
