Breaking Up With My Deli Guy

Welcome to Episode 006! Hope everyone is enjoying Summer so far. Decided to kick off mine by breaking up with Brent, my Deli Guy. Brent works at the Wegmans I frequent and cuts all of my meats and cheeses. My sandwich game has been on point for a number years because of Brent. So this sucks for obvious reasons. Also this is yet another person I'm breaking up with that has easy access to many knives. Send me your positive vibes.

We Need to Break Up is a serialized, interview podcast about my quest to overcome my fear of confrontation and break up with my long-term girlfriend Elaine. With help from my therapist Dr. Lauren Dice, I will be breaking up with new people every month as practice for ending my romantic relationship. It's going to be awkward. It's going to be difficult. It might even be painful. But maybe we'll learn something? I hope so.
