This may be the most challenging episode I have ever recorded. I share some of my personal struggles over the last few years and how I was able to move forward when I was struggling with extreme anxiety and depression.

What to do first when you recognize you are battling with a mental health issue and are not okay
Tips to battle the feelings of overwhelm, problems seeming too big, too scary, or too hard
And, most importantly, encouragement to know you aren't alone in the fight.
