Despite initial skepticism, her experiences during meditation retreats led to profound shifts in her physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Realizing that she needed to address trauma and repressed emotions led her to decide to set out on a path of self-discovery and healing.

Her life journey began in New Jersey and continued through West Virginia, NYC, and sunny LA before love brought her to Australia. Today she lives along the winding Brisbane River with her twin flame and fur baby.
