I should say at this stage that my previous business was in fitness and wellbeing, and that I qualified as a level 4 Personal Trainer waaay back in 2012 where I specialised in Lower Back Pain strengthening and posture improvement! 

So… in this episode you have a qualified, specialist personal trainer (hey I’m still qualified, I just don’t use it anymore!) take you through an actual 20 minute stretching and strengthening sequence which starts around 12 minutes; the first part of the episode is where I talk you through what we’ll be doing, what can cause lower back pain and/ or poor posture and more.
