    - The online market is resisting well to Covid-19 crisis
    - The main players are platforms such as Tmall and Jd.com
    - Main information on how to become visible on these virtual malls
    platforms are providing data
    - Intellectual property and trademarks registration are compulsory to do online business in China
    and many other learnings!

    Aux termes de ce second épisode sur les business-models, nous avons retenus les idées principales suivantes :
    • Domestic e-commerce: il permet de distribuer en Chine via des plateformes (Tmall, JD…) tout en maintenant son environnement de marque sous réserve de respecter les conditions et d’avoir l’attention des bonnes plateformes.
    • Cross-border e-commerce : la solution parfaite pour les marques internationales souhaitant démarrer en Chine mais qui, pour des raisons réglementaires ou budgétaires, se lancent en « cross-border » plutôt qu’en « domestic ».
    • Des modèles spécifiques de cross-border comme le TOF permettent notamment de tester le marché chinois.
    • Le choix du bon modèle dépendra des résultats d’une étude au cas par cas des conditions légales, réglementaires, commerciales, financières et marketing.
