These are first person bedtime stories for kids. I make them up for my children when they can’t sleep. Play them for your kids. Have them imagine that they are the main character while they lay in bed with their eyes closed. Once the 10-15 minute story is over, the episode transitions into white noise to reduce distractions, and to allow you to escape from their bedroom and get some well-deserved alone time. Most are about science fiction and fantasy. Spaceships, dinosaurs, dragons, magic, and whatever else my kids like.
