My favourite podcast to listen too, currently in the trenches of sleep deprivation and having you two in my ear holes really does make all the difference. It makes the nights seem less hard having a giggle with you & feeling super relatable to you Sophie as you also navigate your way through sleep with baby number 3 💜 Since having my second I have even gone right back to the beginning to re listen to your oldest episodes.Thank you both for what you do, opening yourselves up and having super important conversations xx

Highly recommend, such a comforting listen in the trenches of motherhood esp when you’re finding it hard to get out/sleep-deprived, it felt like connection, validation and encouragement without the too hard part of physically showing up.
