This week Mike is joined but Matthew Waller, the dean of the Sam M. Walton College of Business at the University of Arkansas. He currently holds the Sam M. Walton Leadership Chair.
Matthew A. Waller is dean of the Sam M. Walton College of Business, professor of Supply Chain Management and the Sam M. Walton Leadership Chair in Business. He began working as dean in 2015 and continues to be a teacher, innovator and advocate for the Walton College faculty, staff and students.

Miles Witt Boyer is a wedding photographer, Instagram influencer and VP for Strategic Innovation at Relevance Retail. Based in Bentonville, Arkansas, he is also the founder of the Miles Witt Boyer Photographic Collective. In 2020 Miles was named one of the ‘World’s Best Wedding Photographers’ by Lookslikefilm.

Established in 1994 by Hayden’s father Billy, Wil-Shar Steel has been providing quality and timely steel erection services throughout the contiguous United States.
