Ep #19: Einstein Time "I AM time."

MEfirst Midlife Badassery Podcast

Prepare to be walking around saying "I am time, I make time" after this episode based on Einstein's theory of relativity and tools from Gay Hendrick's Book The Big Leap.
Slayer (Addie B.) guides us to challenge our beliefs about time and the impact is has on our lives. Slayer shares her own journey with uncovering her limiting beliefs, and the big one about time, and how she has learned to implement the concept of creating time in her life, and realizations about her current fear based thinking that was brought to light. She brings in other teaching from her journey, and as always a soulful connection that will  leave you inspired and challenged to practice learning to create time in your own life, and stop being at the mercy of something that is merely a concept and exists right inside of us. As always, we are left with action items that we can put in motion right away to start taking action.
