In today’s solo episode, you’re invited to reflect on the way in which exploring your origins can bring deeper understanding and integration to the reality you are creating in your everyday life.

You’ll be invited to reflect on the stories you know, the details you might uncover, and the process of weaving inner peace with what you find (including the gaps), as well as how you can thread insight to unblock limiting beliefs linked to ancestral patterns and trauma that you might not even be consciously aware of.

You’ll hear a story about my own experience struggling to understand why I felt so deeply and passionately about a community program I was helping scale which I thought had nothing to do with my own experience, until my mom revealed how deeply personal and relevant this work was from an inter-generational perspective.

Finally, I share my own thoughts about what it means to “do good work in your life” and why I think the professional work is only as impactful as your willingness to become more present and empowered in your own inner landscape.
