Thoughts for the New Year's 2021
Sit with me as we find stillness and breath for 10 minute to help guide us through our New Year's meditations. My hope is that this will give you an opportunity to think about the New Year and resolutions in a different way. I hope after listening to this you will have an opportunity to meditate on all that is in abundance in your life, what you need to let go of to move through this next year and where you can find gratitude. Every phone will be different so turn the volume to where you can still hear my voice but where it is soft. For most phones about medium to low volume. Find a space indoors or outside where you will not be distributed, turn your phone on do not disturb and find a comfortable seat or lay on your back. Enjoy!
