Suresh is an experienced meditator, so we also talk about the effects of meditation on your mental wellbeing and your personal worldview. 

    When he meditates, he practices the Vipassana technique. For the listeners who don’t know about this technique, I’ll try to briefly explain what it entails. In its essence, the technique is about accepting reality as it truly is - as it truly presents itself in the present moment to you.
