Loving it!

Fantastic lady and great podcast. I have learnt more about fitness and health in the time I have been listening to kira then in all my life lol Shes straight forward and straight up....Very motivating and upbeat. have turned my friends onto her too and we all work out to her audio work outs now :) Shes just great...Thanks Kira...Highly recommended AAA+++
