Interview with Andrew Mallison, Founder & CEO of FishThink Seafood Ninja Says

    • Kids & Family

On this episode, we have our first interview with seafood industry veteran, Andrew Mallison. He is the Founder and CEO of Fishthink.com and has over 40 years of industry experience. Luna had a wonderful time learning about the subject and doing lots of research online in order to prepare for the interview. All the questions were written by her as part of developing the podcast.

We hope you enjoy this episode, we learned a lot about Atlantic Cod (Gadhus Morhua), the Cod fishery, different types of cod, the health benefits of eating cod and also what to look for when shopping for Cod.

Most recently, Andrew  has published "What's the Catch", a guidebook on how to buy better quality seafood and the backstory to good fishing and fish farming - available on Amazon in Kindle and paperback.

If interested to learn more about Cod Fishery, here’s the book Andrew mentions in the podcast “Cod: A Biography of the Fish that Changed the World” by Mark Kurlansky, which can also be found in Amazon in Kindle and paperback.
