    Such a pleasure to have the opportunity to interview Casson Trenor,  Author, Speaker, Ocean Activist who was awarded the title “Hero of the Environment" by TIME Magazine In recognition of his work.  

    Casson has spent the last fifteen years working on environmental campaigns. He believes that both environmental organizations and leading corporate actors can create the change we need to preserve and rebuild our ailing planet. He has authored two books, and has delivered dozens of keynotes and presentations in multiple countries, including a 2012 TED talk. His work has been showcased in numerous documentary films, books, and journals around the world.

    On this episode, we have our first interview with seafood industry veteran, Andrew Mallison. He is the Founder and CEO of Fishthink.com and has over 40 years of industry experience. Luna had a wonderful time learning about the subject and doing lots of research online in order to prepare for the interview. All the questions were written by her as part of developing the podcast. 

    We hope you enjoy this episode, we learned a lot about Atlantic Cod (Gadhus Morhua), the Cod fishery, different types of cod, the health benefits of eating cod and also what to look for when shopping for Cod.

    Most recently, Andrew  has published "What's the Catch", a guidebook on how to buy better quality seafood and the backstory to good fishing and fish farming - available on Amazon in Kindle and paperback.
