Dr Caroline ,

Excellent

When I first discovered Lara Briden’s book Period Repair Manual it literally jumped off the shelf - I bought it immediately and have used it ever since. It is a brilliant book - one I would have loved to have had years ago. Lara’s podcasts are more of the same - well researched - easy to listen to and easy to understand. I share them with many of my patients. Thank you Lara for all you do to keep us up to date and for sharing your extensive knowledge with us.
