Lions survive against all odds to beat Texans at buzzer in wild prime-time game

Dungeon of Doom: A Detroit Lions podcast from MLive

The Lions beat the Texans 26-23 on a day where Jared Goff threw five interceptions. Jake Bates hit a pair of 50-plus yard field goals in the fourth quarter, including a 52-yarder at the buzzer for the improbable win. Detroit's defense rose to the occasion, keeping the Texans off the scoreboard in the second half and giving its offense and Bates one last chance to put the game on ice. The Lions are 8-1, winners of seven straight, including a 5-0 stretch despite playing four of their last five games away from home. Hosts Ben Raven and Kory Woods discuss the wacky day in Houston and their thoughts for this resilient bunch going forward.
