Lyle and Sol Bamba are great guests

Really entertaining this week with lots of insight from a players perspective about new management at Forest , coaching and motivation, and Derby's woes. Wonderfully cliché free.

Good crowd

Love the mix. Chris Sutton as the grump with a heart, Wrighty the Uber enthusiastic football fan, Chappers the voice of reason, etc. JJ is the least likeable but there’s always one like him in every group. Banter among friends.

Backs against the wall - rubbish

I hear a lot of rich spoilt babies whining about how badly they are being treated. I wouldn’t mind having my back against the wall on 32 million a year (the average wage in the EPL). Saying that players are talking about this is just that until now. Only a few like Rashford have done anything. It is not difficult for players to get together, they are all on WhatsApp. Also saying it is like prune juice straight in and then straight out is due to the high wages. So cut the wages and use that - it is easy. And it is the height of arrogance and shows how disconnected Wright and Rose are to say that only football players can comment on this. A disgrace.
