She is the co-author of two books and was a university academic in the College of Exercise and Sports Science at Victoria University for seventeen years, lecturing in resistance training and teaching thousands of undergraduates during this time.   Nikki has transferred this love of teaching and sharing of knowledge to her successful podcast Find your Fierce with Nikki Ellis as well as running the morning group PT sessions at Cinch.   Nikki has presented at multiple conferences around the World and is passionate about helping you to be your strongest, most confident best as well as creating a community of likeminded people.
