Sir John Kirwan

The Depot hosted by Greg Murphy

Today's guest is one of New Zealand's greats.  Sir John Kirwan is a household name being an All Black great having played 63 tests for the All Blacks scoring 35 tries – one of the highest scoring players in history.   He's coached in the Auckland Blues, Italy, Japan, the Barbarians.

But it's his work in the mental health space that has been perhaps his biggest achievement (outside his family).  We talk about him speaking publicly about his mental health journey, his programme running in schools called Mitey, and his new business Groov which focuses on mental health in businesses.

At the end of the conversation, JK answers some questions which have been sent in from Fleet Managers and drivers. There are some great tips and tools throughout this conversation to improve mental health.
