    Dr. Tasha Turzo, DO FCA graduated from Western University, Pomona, California in 1994 where she received a Post Graduate Osteopathic Manual Medicine/Anatomy Fellowship. She completed her internship at the UCSF Family Medicine Residency. She has been in private practice since 1995 practicing osteopathy, homeopathy, functional medicine, prolotherapy/ PRP, and specializing in craniofacial dysfunctions. Dr. Turzo has been teaching extensively in the field of craniofacial dysfunctions since 1997. She began co-treating patients with Dr. Nordstrom (creator of the ALF appliances) in 1995. Dr. Turzo is a founding member of AEI (ALF Educational Institute) and has taught (to date, 2024) 38 courses to osteopaths, dentists, and myofunctional therapists. Dr. Turzo presents an on-demand 11-hour course “The ALF Approach” and is the administrator of The ALF Approach Mentorship Program which is an inter-professional online educational platform. She is an internationally recognized expert in the application of osteopathy and functional dentistry, with a focus on the use of Advanced Lightwire Functional (ALF) devices and TMD.     How Dr. Paris and Dr. Rocabado Met
    Dr. Rocabado and Dr. Paris met years ago and through their friendship, the Rocabado Craniofacial therapy and treatment was brought to the USA through the University of St. Augustine, where Dr. Jenny is an instructor.
     
    About Dr. Rocabado
    Mariano Rocabado: PT, DPT, ccTT is a doctor of physical therapy and director of the Rocabado Institute, former dean of the faculty of rehabilitation sciences at the University of Andres Bello, Santiago, Chile. In the academic field, he is a full professor at the University of Chile, Department of orthodontics, and full professor at the School of Physical Therapy, University of Andres Bello. He is also a full Professor at the Orthopaedic Manual Therapy Masters program, and the Masters Program in Physiopathology of the Craniocervical, Craniomandibular and Facial Pain Program, University of Andres Bello.

    According to Dr. Paris in a guest editorial published in Cranio, the Journal of Craniomandibular & Sleep Practice, “Dr. Mariano Rocabado’s contribution to the treatment of temporomandibular joint treatment.     Stanley Paris PhD, PT, FAPTA, Hon LLD (Otago)
    Dr. Paris has practiced in New Zealand, England, Canada, Bermuda and the United States. He earned a diploma in physiotherapy and another in business – both degree courses today. His first degree is a PhD in neuroanatomy. He is a Fellow of the American Physical Therapy Association as well as from three other organizations and has an honorary Doctor of Laws from his alma mater the University of Otago in New Zealand.  He received the highest honor in American physical therapy when being awarded the Mary McMillan Founders Lecture and late
