To quiet

love the podcast been listening for ages but i wish the audio was louder so I could listen at work . Work in a factory with radio ear muffs and can hear all my other podcast with ease but these podcasts are always way to quiet.

Easy and chill listening

I’m a complete fitness novice but really enjoy these podcasts! Find them informative and real. Love Dans laid back honest attitude and always take home a hot tip from each episode. Highly recommend!

Best no-nonsense podcast.

So interesting and love the chill approach that’s straight up as fk!! Love it, learn a lot and has changed my mindset on it heaps. If I lose motivation listening to one of these on the walk to the gym always gets me ready 👌
