    Mark is a former Special Operations Team Commander in the SAS, he served 10 tours of duty, 4 of which were in Afghanistan.

    He attended Wharton College, a prestigious Ivy League school in the U.S.A. and is now the founder of fashion start-up, Kill Kapture.

    He was part of season 2 of Survivor Aus in 2017, where he met his now wife, Samantha Gash, who has also featured on the Fitness and Lifestyle Podcast.

    Being Ex Army Special Ops, Mark has been able to apply to mental strength and resilience, decision making and leadership that he learnt on the battlefields, to his life today as a business man, father, husband and key note speaker.

Easy and chill listening

I’m a complete fitness novice but really enjoy these podcasts! Find them informative and real. Love Dans laid back honest attitude and always take home a hot tip from each episode. Highly recommend!

Best no-nonsense podcast.

So interesting and love the chill approach that’s straight up as fk!! Love it, learn a lot and has changed my mindset on it heaps. If I lose motivation listening to one of these on the walk to the gym always gets me ready 👌
