    I am so excited to release today’s episode of the Wildr Wellness Podcast and with none other than the gorgeous and knowledgable, Sarah Vickers, a holistic health practitioner.
    What does your BLOOD WORK tell you about your health?
    Sarah spills the JUICE in this episode and I was thrilled to pick her brains on the topic of blood testing.
    Blood testing is an incredible tool that we as holistic nutritionists and practitioners use to identify body systems and organs that need a support.
    The main difference between how we (holistic practitioners), and how the medical model look at bloods is the ranges. The medical system is looking for disease (and that’s what they’re there for so that’s ok!) and we want to catch things early in order to PREVENT disease.
    We chat about; 
    ➡️ Sarah’s background and how she came to be so passionate about blood testing
    ➡️The different types of testing we do - blood, stool and hormone testing in urine
    ➡️ HbA1C, insulin and glucose
