Gives me hope!

This is my favourite podcast to listen to on my TTC journey. Having recently gone through my first miscarriage with my first baby I was feeling lost and heartbroken. I found this podcast and it made me feel so much more confident in how to move forward after my pregnancy loss and I felt like part of a larger community. I am so grateful for Jennifer for creating this safe space for women to listen to and feel more confident and supported in our fertility journey xx

The Missing Piece

I have been doing “all the things” for a long time but without results, and feeling less healthy. Finding Jen’s yoga sessions changed things. She helped me realise that eating all the right foods and taking the supplements doesn’t help anything if I am sending my body the wrong signals. I have been tracking my heart rate, sleep and stress levels and her classes have a big impact on my stress levels. I’ve also noticed a big difference in regularity I’d my cycle. Very excited about this podcast being relaunched as it helps me keep on track with the right mindset, which I now realise has been the missing piece
