During our current #coronavirus pandemic, I think it is healthy to not allow others to pressure you into feeling less than or not good enough. A lot of us are spending time on social media, and I’m seeing a trend of individuals telling people what they should be doing with their time. Remember that YOU are YOU, and no one knows what is best for you other than yourself. Remaining healthy during this time is not only limited to your physical health. Health equals #mindbodyandsoul wellness. Ask yourself ‘What is your Only Option?’ and keep that in mind!
