    Good Morning Hell-fish team. I already have received the feedback of our stakeholder. I don't have good news. With all respect, we are making the same mistakes every week.     Portfolio #2 - Cristian Peña

    Hi,  Cristian, as you know, the kanban board exposed by the web platform is  used to have a global view of the current state of the tasks assigned to  the team. If someone doesn't update the state in its tasks on  the platform, our manager is not able to review which features are being  developing by the team and our reports are going to be outdated also. For  instance, our manager thought that the team had decreased its velocity  during the week and he was worried about it!. Then we realized that the  board was unsynced and that happened because you didn't update the  status of your last tasks. Let's try to review the status of one task on the platform before to start a new one.
