High voter turnout in Minnesota; state House could be split evenly between DFL and GOP

The race for Minnesota's House of Representatives could well result in an even 67-67 split between parties, with two anticipated recounts. The last — and only time — the house was tied was in 1979.

And it was another election with high voter turnout in Minnesota. About 76 percent of eligible voters cast their ballots, according to the state's initial estimates.
