Homily - The Good Shepherd vs. The Hired Hand

The Gospel Reading for Second Sunday After Easter John 10:11-16 (Date: 30.04.2017). Have you ever met anyone in your life who is willing to do good without any agenda? Someone who is willing to risk his life for your good. Hear from The Rev. Dn. J. H. Looi preaches about the good shepherd from John 10:11-16. In this passage, Jesus refers himself as the good shepherd who is unlike the hired hand. The hired hand in the Jewish culture is no less as a shepherd.
