Busy, Yet Pretty

I'm 17 and was very down for the past months, I craved academic validation to the extent of sacrificing my physical and mental health, I was always tired, and a very angry person, but this podcast that I've found this february of 2023 totally changed my mindset and in turn my habits! I now maintain an excellent academic performance whilst workin on myself, I no longer base my worth on my teacher's approval and for someone who have do so for the rest of her life? that's a lot! you also helped me see healthy eating and exercising not as punishment but self love!
