A very genuine and sincere podcast
Juanique and Tristin are such a great inspiration and they are one of the reasons why I want to learn more about health and wellness/holistic healing.
Through their content, I learned about self-love, self-care and that healing comes from within. I love their content so much because I am becoming more aware of how I take care of nmyself, especially my loved ones, my mom who has diabetes.
