Re: Leaving because of politics
Nov 19
These women are phenomenal, and it often feels like I am listening to my own friends. However this review is intended for everyone leaving negative reviews due to K&H’s vocalizations of their political beliefs. I’m going to make it as simple as I can for you: Regardless of who you, the reader, voted for, the result of the election is highly likely to affect these hosts and their families. On top of that, they seem to be humans that are capable of feeling empathy, which means that they are able to see how things will negatively impact other groups that they are not a part of. In other words, they care about others that are unlike them who are about to suffer. And on top of THAT, this is their platform that they created, host, record, and have families assist in editing. They are allowed to discuss whatever they’d like on their own podcast. If the notion of people being upset on behalf of themselves and others ANNOYS YOU, you are part of the problem. 500/5 stars, will listen forever.
Bearing witness

These women are on the correct side of history. Their empathy and passion for justice are a breath of fresh air in the current state of humanity. It is also their podcast and they are entitled to speak their truth as they bear witness to the impending darkness. Anyone who feels the need to leave a one star review because of “politics” is completely missing the point of this podcast and should reevaluate their morality and their choices. These women are brilliant, kind, empathic, and above all honest. And I think we could all use more of that.
Disappointed came here for True Crime not for politics
Nov 18
I love the podcast but I’m tired of them getting political and talking down on Trump and the people who voted for him and spreading misinformation. They are contributing to the spread of hate and division in this country. I don’t listen to a true crime podcast to hear about politics… I will stop listening if this continues and the recent insta making a AI video of Jo Rogan was uncalled for and further spreading misinformation.
Disappointed.

Loved this show until they started bringing politics into it. You are literally sparking the Us vs. Them mentality every time you guys start talking about the different political parties that don’t have the same views as you, and then proceed to belittle those certain groups. We are all human, we all want the same outcomes. Really disappointed that this seems to only be the main topic now each episode or they always seem to bring it back to politics. No longer following this show.
