Tristan Leavitt slams Hunter Biden testimony: ‘clear that Congress was being misled’

John Solomon Reports Podcast

Empower Oversight President Tristan Leavitt reacted to the release of new whistleblower documents contradicting Hunter Biden’s congressional testimony, calling his claims “laughable.” He agreed the release could lead to a criminal referral, saying “if people are allowed to lie to Congress and get away with it, that has real bad ramifications for the legislative branch.” However, he added that “I would not be surprised…if his dad pardons him” if Hunter were convicted of a crime. He also provided updates on whistleblower efforts more generally, including efforts to encourage whistleblowers despite attempts at retaliation.
