    In this episode, I sit down and chat with a homie from back in the day of military training school! It's no surprise that she is a personal trainer now. I definitely remember seeing her around the gym putting in work. We talked about her journey through fitness and how that brought her out of a swimming pool, and onto a stage in competitive bodybuilding. She was able to take the grit, dedication, and perseverance she learned from being an athlete in high school and apply it to a new craft. I also learned a little Minecraft from time to time helps with the balance of work and play. We covered a lot of things and I hope you find some value in this.
