It is fascinating how your mind can utilize anything it needs to, to help you survive the aftermath of trauma. I did not know that the obsession to be rescued like Cinderella was more than that, that it actually was a survival method used by my brain to keep me moving forward and not get stuck in the pain of the attacks. That method saved my life and I am grateful for it! ❤❤❤
