Wonderful information!
I am a small MF owner and find this podcast to be the most informative and helpful of any of the podcasts I have listened to.
Pat has answered/addressed many of the questions I have had, using math/accounting/business ideas that make sense to my business mind, and these concepts have already helped me as I grow my portfolio. He is the first person that has addressed several questions (how do you calculate what the correct amount of leverage as an example ) in a manner that will help me make meaningful decisions in my business.
I really look forward to future episodes and thank you for sharing your knowledge!
