I remember my first client from 25 years ago. We were creating a dynamic client journey culture focusing on being a community partner, new business development, and career growth within the company.   After 2 years of working to build this culture, we were approaching the end of my work with them. During the two years, we created rinse-and-repeat sales and business development processes.
