[S3:E20] Secret it Out. Why I am in the Capital city....

Click here to join the Philanthropic Femme Challenge, Click here to join the Philanthropic Femme Society Telegram Group (free!) ------- In this episode, I'm coming to you from Washington D.C. while attending the 135th national gathering of the Daughters of the American Revolution, the largest women's nonprofit organization in the world. I go into the full-circle moment of returning to a world I was introduced to as a little girl through my grandmother — philanthropic societies, women's organizational leadership, Robert's Rules of Order, executive boards, national conventions, and the very real mechanics of how women organize around shared values and long-term impact. I share how, as a child, I was physically present in these rooms without fully understanding what I was being exposed to, and how being here now — pregnant, building The Philanthropic Femme, and newly approved with 501(c)(3) status — has given me an entirely different lens. This episode explores the relationship between lineage, grief, motherhood, philanthropy, entrepreneurship, and legacy. I speak about losing my grandmother at 15, feeling her presence with me in this season, and recognizing how many seemingly separate chapters of my life have actually been preparing me for the work I am building now. I also go into the deeper vision for The Philanthropic Femme Society: not only as a nonprofit vehicle for fundraising, but as a long-term organization for female founders who want to integrate contribution, collective impact, and social responsibility into the structure of their businesses. This is a conversation about women's leadership, organized philanthropy, legacy structures, and the responsibility of building companies that serve beyond the self.

    [S3:E19] What got me here

Join the Philanthropic Femme challenge here. DM me on IG here.  ------------------------ What does it take to build a purpose-driven business while staying deeply connected to your spiritual path? In this personal episode, Adi Shakti shares the story behind her evolution from yoga teacher and humanitarian advocate to spiritual entrepreneur, business mentor, nonprofit founder, and creator of The Philanthropic Femme movement. If you've ever wondered how to align spirituality and business, build a meaningful career, create impact through entrepreneurship, or discover your dharmic path, this conversation offers an intimate look behind the scenes of the lessons, mistakes, pivots, and experiences that shaped Adi's journey. From growing up in Indiana with an early awareness of social justice and leadership, to studying philosophy and social justice in Chicago, to humanitarian work in Costa Rica, spiritual study in India, trauma-informed facilitation, and scaling a multi-million-dollar personal development company, Adi walks through the eight major chapters that led to her current work supporting women in business, spiritual leaders, coaches, facilitators, and purpose-driven entrepreneurs. In this episode, you'll discover: • How childhood experiences shaped Adi's commitment to leadership, advocacy, and philanthropy • The role yoga, meditation, and spiritual practice played in overcoming anxiety and finding purpose • Lessons from humanitarian work, nonprofit leadership, and international service projects • What studying in India taught her about spiritual growth, discipline, and self-mastery • The realities of building a successful yoga business and retreat company • Mistakes made as a facilitator and the path toward trauma-informed leadership • Why entrepreneurship became one of the most powerful tools for creating meaningful impact • The connection between spiritual development, emotional intelligence, and business success • How The Philanthropic Femme was born from the integration of spiritual depth, business mastery, and philanthropic contribution • Why the most successful entrepreneurs are often lifelong seekers This episode is for spiritual entrepreneurs, female founders, yoga teachers, coaches, facilitators, nonprofit leaders, philanthropists, and purpose-driven women who want to build wealth, create impact, and live in alignment with their values. If you're navigating a season of growth, reinvention, entrepreneurship, or personal transformation, this conversation will remind you that every chapter of your life has prepared you for the next one.

Monthly contributions build the continuity that creates lasting change. 👉 [DONATION LINK] ---------------------------------- There's a massive difference between being inspirational and being impactful — and most female founders never make the jump between the two. We've spent the last decade healing. We've built our businesses. We've found our voices. But somewhere along the way, brilliant women with world-changing visions watched those visions die quietly in disorganization. Because empowerment without structure doesn't scale. Good intentions don't protect women and children. Organized power does. In this episode — the very first Philanthropic Femme Friday — Adi Shakti issues a direct invitation: it's time to stop gathering only for healing, and start gathering for institutional leadership. What you'll hear: Why most women are taught to be inspirational, but never taught to hold power structurally The three pillars of a Philanthropic Femme — spiritual depth, business success, and organizational leadership The two sides of the movement: the Mastermind that develops the woman, and the Society that organizes her power How recent members have funded clean water filtration in Guatemala, vocational training at a human trafficking rescue center in India, and food distribution for families in need What the Divine Mother looks like dressed in operational excellence and parliamentary procedure Why this isn't charity from a savior complex — it's women remembering their responsibility to one another If you've felt the quiet ache of wanting your success to mean something beyond yourself, press play.

[S3:E16] I'm pregnant: the Philanthropic Femme Era

Apply to the Philanthropic Femme MasterMind by Clicking Here.  ------ The Philanthropic Femme Era Begins A Private Address Made Public — May 2026 I originally shared this address privately with my inner community, but I've edited it down and am opening the doors so you can listen in. This is the future of SoulWork, the future of the Philanthropic Femme Society, and where we're headed as a movement. What I'm Sharing in This Episode A New Chapter — With motherhood stepping into the centerpiece of my life, everything about how I lead, build, and serve is being recalibrated — and I want to walk you through exactly what that looks like. Modeling Motherhood as a Female Founder After more than a decade of building this machine, I'm showing what it looks like to refine, simplify, and scale a business down — not by shrinking the vision, but by sharpening it. I refuse martyrdom as a business model. I'm building structures that are sustainable, life-giving, and rooted in real life. The Death of the Buffet Era SoulWork is graduating from the "throwing spaghetti at the wall" phase into something simple, powerful, and mature. Fewer offers. Deeper transformation. Higher integrity. The healing-obsessed cycle is closing — and what's emerging on the other side is organized leadership. The Big Idea: From Private Healing to Holy Redistribution For years, Soul Work has been about the individual journey — excavating patterns, finding forgiveness, doing the inner work. That foundation isn't going anywhere. The Epstein files. The trafficking headlines. The collective rage. My question is this: Where is the organized leadership from women with resources? Rage posts aren't enough. It's time to build the table, sit at it, and go back for the women still in chains. The Two Pillars I'm Building 🌱 The Philanthropic Femme Mastermind (for-profit / deep roots) This is where I mentor you in business, spiritual depth, financial growth, and founder development — the soil that lets you thrive so you can give from overflow. 🌳 The Philanthropic Femme Society (non-profit / wide branches) A formalized 501(c)(3) with a board, committees, monthly member contributions, and a real budget. Female founders pooling resources, voting on causes, and creating measurable impact together. The two walk side by side. One feeds the other. What We've Already Done Fed 130 rescued girls in Kolkata for a full month Funded food and water distribution for elderly Mayans in Guatemala Raised $20K in a 10-minute talk from the Freedom Queen stage Funded job skills training for trafficking survivors — jewelry making, spice grinding, cooking Built partnerships with Matriarch Live and Stephanie Ann Swail The Updates You Need to Know My maternity leave: Mid-October 2026 through mid-January 2027 India trips: Untouched. Both groups are going as planned (yes, I'll have a 3-month-old on my hip) SoulWork Live August 2026: Happening Indianapolis fundraiser: Replaced by a larger Matriarch Live fundraiser in Cabo Vow&Vision: Moved to 2027 My availability: Narrowing. Moving forward, my deeper containers are reserved for those bought into the community The Invitation For invited members only, I'm opening lifetime membership into the Philanthropic Femme Mastermind — which also makes you a founding member of the Philanthropic Femme Society. Here's what's included: Lifetime mentorship with me (locked in before public pricing changes) A founder's ticket to Soul Work Live + the annual Philanthropic Femme event — every year, for life Eligibility for leadership positions and committees inside the nonprofit Access to future Mastermind-only retreats and offerings A monthly contribution to the Society starting at just $11/mo (you choose your level) I have never seen anything like this modeled anywhere — for-profit mentorship and non-profit organized leadership, walking together. This is cutting-edge feminine leadership. This is holy redistribution at scale. And I'd be honored to have you in. How to Join If you're ready to come home to a community of female founders building something that actually moves the needle — spiritually, financially, and philanthropically — the application link is below. I personally review every application and get back to you via email or Instagram (you'll tell me which you prefer). Freer women. Safer children. [S3:E15] First I Vow, Then I Vision: why I leave my life to lead it better

⛰️To learn more + sign up for VOW&VISION - click here.  ------- What if the clarity you've been searching for in your business… can only be found in silence? In this episode, I'm sharing one of the most powerful practices I return to again and again as an entrepreneur: stepping away from everything. No devices. No noise. No reacting. Just silence, nature, and space to hear what is actually true. I'm recording this from my balcony in Puerto Rico overlooking the ocean, reflecting on why I intentionally interrupt the momentum of my life a few times every year. Because here's what I know: if we never pause long enough to see clearly, we can walk off path without even realizing it. Inside this episode, I share: • Why silence is often the missing piece in business growth • The trap of "reaction mode" that keeps entrepreneurs stuck • How your environment shapes nearly 40% of your daily behavior • Why clarity rarely arrives in the middle of constant stimulation • The role spiritual depth plays in scaling meaningful work in the world I also introduce Vow & Vision, a retreat experience I created in the Canadian Rockies for entrepreneurs who want deeper clarity, stronger alignment, and divinely inspired strategy. We begin with a multi-day vow of silence in the mountains, allowing the mind to unravel from the noise and stimulation of modern life. Then we transition into a guided mastermind, where the clarity that comes through silence becomes powerful aligned action in your business and leadership. Because the truth is this: the entrepreneurs who scale sustainably aren't the ones constantly reacting to daily fires. They're the ones who step back far enough to actually see the horizon. If you've been feeling pulled in too many directions… If your business is growing but your clarity feels cloudy… Or if you know your next level requires deeper listening—not more noise… This conversation may completely shift how you think about productivity, leadership, and what it actually takes to build a life on purpose. In this episode we explore spiritual entrepreneurship, vow of silence retreats, entrepreneur alignment practices, silent retreats for business clarity, leadership through stillness, spiritual depth and business mastery, nervous system reset for founders, nature and creative vision, and the philosophy behind Soul Work.

[S3:E14] Good Money Lives in your Subconscious

Click here to Join the 🌹 Philanthropic Femme Society  Good Money starts February 22, 2026 ----- I'm sharing a teaching on Yoga Nidra + meditation as an entrepreneurial and creative advantage — not as a "nice-to-have," but as a foundational practice for emotional regulation, spiritual depth, intuitive decision-making, and long-term expansion. Because here's the truth: Building the business isn't the hardest part. Becoming the woman who can hold the business is. And if you don't have an internal anchor — if you don't have deep roots — your success will destabilize you just as much as your fear does. Inside this episode we go deep into: ✨ Deep Roots, Wide Branches — why your work can only expand as wide as your spiritual life runs deep ✨ Why fear + scarcity show up at every level (and why you're not "broken" for feeling it) ✨ How to witness fear without obeying it — and stop making frantic decisions from nervous-system panic ✨ Why meditation makes you smarter (emotional regulation, impulse control, pattern recognition, creativity, strategic restraint) ✨ The difference between what you desire and what you're actually coherent with ✨ How your subconscious comfort ceiling can block growth, visibility, leadership, and wealth ✨ Why success can be destabilizing if your inner life isn't steady (and how to prepare your system to receive more) ✨ Entrepreneurship as co-creation with the quantum field — nervous system, subconscious identity, and divine intelligence braided together ✨ Yoga Nidra as the practice of installing your sankalpa (safety, worthiness, power, abundance tolerance, trust) into the subconscious mind ✨ The maturity of long-game creation: aligned action vs. frantic action ✨ The spiritual initiation of visibility — and how to keep your energetic hygiene clean when more eyes (and projections) are on you This is for the woman who knows she's meant for more… but refuses to sacrifice her peace, her body, her faith, or her joy to get there. This is for the woman who's ready to build from stillness, not from survival.

[S3:E12] Why Emotional Waves Keep Killing Your Business Growth

Want to walk deeper together? Reach out to me on Instagram! ----- It's the grand finale of my Born for More Experience, and I'm pulling back the curtain on what it really takes to grow a spiritual business, step into your dharmic calling, and create a legacy that lasts. There are three life trajectories we all choose from—often without realizing it: The Default Path – where you devote your life to someone else's dream. The Emotional Path – where you break free… only to sabotage yourself when life gets messy. The Path of Mastery – the rarest of all, where you become unshakable and lead yourself and others with deep spiritual roots, clear vision, and steady, disciplined action. Most people live in default. Some break free, but few stay free. The real question is: which one are you actually on? I'll share: The psychological principles that explain why some people rise while others retreat. How my journey through bankruptcy, grief, miscarriage, and rebuilding shaped my capacity to lead and stay steady. The framework that guides everything I build: deep roots, wide branches—your work can only expand as far as your spiritual life runs deep. The three essential pillars I use to grow my company and mentor my clients: devotion, business mastery, and philanthropic impact (what I call holy redistribution). This is for spiritual entrepreneurs, yoga teachers, healers, coaches, and leaders who know they're born for more—but need a path and a mentor to guide them there. By the end of this episode, you'll see exactly where you've been holding yourself back… and how to step into the rarest path of all.
