We had a lengthy conversation about Generation X, so back to googling and I found many interesting articles about that generation including this one.

We discussed the future of the workforce and how so much of it will be done remotely and how the workforce is being transformed and is evolving quickly.

I mentioned Yuval Noah Harari and his predictions for the future of medicine.

Ira and I discussed the size of the population and the ever growing job market but why many people don’t want certain jobs any longer. We went on to discuss Grit which reminded me of the great book by Angela Duckworth of the same word.
