    Zaynah is a 15-year-old machine learning and virtual & augmented reality developer. She began her journey developing neural networks at 13 and has been supported by companies like Google, CIBC, TD, Deloitte, and Microsoft.

    Zaynah believes that artificial intelligence will disrupt every single industry, and computer vision will play a huge part in that. To that end, she is the founder of ARTICULATE. A Company Reimagining Oratory Skill Development Through Virtual Reality & Artificial Intelligence.

    She has been speaking at leading conferences globally in places including Dubai, Poland, Toronto, San Francisco, and more. Zaynah is also a huge advocate for women and girls in technology, and speaks to many girls to inspire them to pursue their interests in a science or tech field. Her mentors and advisors represent some of the leading companies in the AI and VR/AR space.

    Christina is an experienced Vice President with a demonstrated history of working in the health care and insurance industries. A strong visionary leader skilled in, Healthcare Management, Data and Analytics, technology, and large complex program/project delivery.

    Currently she is Vice President, Corporate Business Information and Analytics at the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB)

    Previously she was director of Health Data and Health System funding at The Ministry of Health and Long Term Care. There, she provided strategic direction related to information management solutions, system wide information management developments; As well as strategic direction and leadership for the development and implementation of the provincial health system funding reform.  This included the policy framework and models which contributed to the overall strategic direction and provincial priorities for patient focused funding and enhancing the quality of care across the health system.

    She has spoken at many conferences including the Predictive analytics world conference and the notable Chief data and Analytics officer conference. She is a passionate voice in the healthcare and insurance industries and believes that “Better intelligence leads to better outcomes”

    Della is a recognized data privacy thought leader and her work has been featured in numerous publications.

    Currently, she is the Chief Data Governance Officer for Symcor Inc.; a leading provider of payment processing and data services. There, Della is responsible for creating and leading the organization’s data strategy including, data management, data operations, governance and regulatory compliance.

    Prior to joining Symcor, Della was the Director of Privacy and Information Risk for the Royal Bank of Canada where her strategic leadership helped shape many of the Bank’s most innovative and challenging data initiatives.

    In 2013 she was selected as Canada’s Information Security Executive of the year by the Technology Executive Network.  She is also an international board member of the Information Accountability Foundation and an advisory board member of the Conference Board of Canada’s Council of Chief Analytics Officers.

    Currently she is Head of Architecture at Thompson Reuters, Corporates

    Katrin has held many senior architecture position working in software development, with experience in multi-platform distributed systems development, Java2EE, full stack web development, single page applications, scala, phyton and hadoop.

    She is also, professors at the School of Continuing Studies, University of Toronto in the Data Science Certificate Program. She is a Big Data guru, who has been aspiring many data science students over the years and I’m excited to have her with us today.

Previous to that,  she was Chief Information Officer in the cities of Kinston and Kanata in Canada;  Where she ran all aspects of technology from application development to Operation within the City.

    She advises on big picture organizational strategy for achieving positive outcomes in data projects and beyond.
