Back-to-Work Anxiety

In our first episode, we (Gill, Lizzie & Olivia - the dream-team that runs Phoenix Health and Wellbeing) talk about the anxiety that came with returning to work after lockdown. We share our experiences of life at our busy social enterprise pre-lockdown, how we adapted our services & ways of working during the initial stages of being at home, and finally how we felt when it was finally time to come back to work. By being honest and open about the good and bad experiences, we hope that you won't feel alone. Feeling anxious isn't a pleasant thing, but it's OK to talk about it - you may find it reassuring discovering how many others have experienced it too. As we learnt in this podcast, it really does turn up in the most unexpected places. And if we're really lucky, maybe we'll even make you laugh!!

We wanted an excuse to talk as much as we could! However, we were busy working through all sorts of changes that meant our podcast got put further and further down the to-do list. Now we've re-opened and have had time to gather our thoughts, we're ready to go! Grab a brew, have us on in the background, anything goes.
