Happy New Year 2021! The beginning of a New Year may be the time for resolution for many of us. In those resolutions, we include many new learnings we would like to imbibe into our lives. As we plan to execute on that, one important point we have to remember - more often than not, for us to gain new learnings, we need to make an effort to Un-learn some of our past learnings, to make space for new learnings to come in and we are able to absorb those. And Un-learning is very difficult - as those may have become part of us as habits.
