    My guest this week is Alex Galbally. Daddy to triplet girls, Annabella, Florence and Lottie, husband to Charlotte, Father to Henry and their youngest son, Jimmy. Alex has been documenting his life as a dad, mostly on Instagram following the birth of their girls just over five years ago. In our conversation, we spoke about their first pregnancy with Henry and why he felt that pregnancy happened at the right time in his life. The moment he found out that he was going to be a Dad to triplets and the challenges that came with a multiple pregnancy, why he's chosen to continue working full time in his day job alongside the work he does on social media and why, more recently, he's decided to talk so openly about his mental health struggles and how this has helped him personally, as well as others that follow him.     Episode 11: Axel Blake

    My guest this week is Axel Blake, father of two, his 13 year old son from a previous relationship, and his two year old daughter that he has with his current fiancé Louise. In recent weeks he has shot to fame after being crowned as the winner Britain's Got Talent. Having known Axel through his work on the comedy circuit for over ten years, I'm immensely proud of him for this latest achievement. It was so nice to finally be able to sit down and have a chat with him about his parenthood journey so far. In the conversation, we spoke about his introduction to fatherhood and his thoughts and feelings around that time. How he tried to balance his career in comedy whilst co-parenting his young son. How he coped with the recent lockdown, and how that affected his parenting style and the lessons that he learnt. Like many I've been watching their hilarious video clips shared across social media for many years and started following them as they documented their family life across Snapchat, Instagram and YouTube. In our chat we spoke about how his and Chan's relationship as childhood sweethearts began, and the challenges that they faced becoming teenage parents. How he quickly adapted to his role as a new Father and what it meant to him.     My guest this week is DJ Charlesy. In addition to being Tinie Tempah’s official DJ for over 10 years, he is also a standalone DJ in his own right on the international club scene and balances all of this alongside being a father to two young daughters Maicie and Hallie and husband to Titi. We spoke about his early life growing up in East London and how he fell in love with music, how him being in the right place at the right time ended up with him becoming Tinie’s DJ, why him and his wife decided to make the permanent move from London to Dubai and how lockdown has given him a completely new perspective on his life and being a family man.     My guest this week is MistaJam. Alongside being a popular broadcaster, DJ, producer and song writer, he is also a father to Olivia, Benjamin and Phoebe, and husband to Clare. I've always been quietly intrigued by how he manages what is a very busy diary, alongside being a dad. We spoke about his experience growing up in the late 80's as an only child, under less than ideal circumstances. How a chance meeting with Clare sparked a friendship and blossomed into their current relationship. The personal adjustments he's had to make to be a better father. His youngest daughter's less than conventional birth story, and a lot more besides.. His direct and passionate videos on coparenting are captivating, and I often share clips with others who i know will benefit from watching them. We discuss his own upbringing.. The Father he always wanted to be.. and that despite being in relationships that haven't worked out, how he's maintained a healthy relationship with his sons.. and so much more..
