Smart tips to make the customer feel like a million bucks

Enjoyed the episode with Foti Panagiotakopoulos as he shared strategies proven to retain customers longer and reduce churn. My favorite part was how he reaches out to customers at different points in the journey to offer complimentary upgrades such as more disk space or free migrations. These things add up as he tells the story of one client even referring another client worth $250k! Great show, Casey Hill does a wonderful job at pulling nuggets of wisdom from guests 😀
